Analysts said that Japan's policy in the field of military security has been much toward Asian neighbors and the international community highly concerned about the construction of quasi-carrier in Japan to some extent contrary to adhere to the 'special defense' policy commitment to build two aircraft carriers can not help but associate cast doubt on whether Japan should follow historical precedent.


According to Japanese defense ministry  Japan plans to build another helicopter carrier of the same type as the Izumo, the Japan's largest warship since World War II unveiled on August 6, 2013, reported by  the international broadcasting service of NHK.
